SanonStudio is a consultancy built for small and family-owned businesses where brand and data aren't separate conversations. Creative strategy on one side, custom software on the other, working together from day one. We built it for owners who are tired of getting handed off between a design agency and a developer who don't talk to each other, and for families who want to pass their business on in better shape than they found it.

We started on different sides of the same projects. One of us spent years running creative for brands, the other spent years running data and analytics for businesses that were drowning in spreadsheets. We kept ending up in the same rooms, and we kept seeing the same problem.

Small business owners were paying two vendors who never talked to each other. The data agency would build a dashboard the designer never saw. The designer would build a website that didn't know what the numbers said. The owner would get left in the middle, translating between the two and watching the strategy fall through the cracks.

So we started working together. Not as two freelancers on a shared project, but as one team. The creative decisions get made with the data in the room. The data decisions get made with the brand in mind. The owner gets a single conversation instead of two.

We built SanonStudio for the people we grew up around. Brick-and-mortar shops. Family-owned businesses. Trades. Restaurants. Local retailers. The kind of places big box agencies don't really know how to work with because the processes don't fit their templates. We don't have templates. We build around how you actually run things.
