This page covers what happens with your information when you visit sanonstudio.com or send us a message here. TL;DR: we collect very little, we don't sell any of it, and you can opt out of the analytics.
If you fill out the contact form, we get what you type: your name, email, business name, and anything else you choose to share, like your website, team size, or revenue range. Those optional fields are exactly that. We use what you send to reply to you and to prepare for a call, and nothing else.
Unless you opt out, Google Analytics collects standard usage data: which pages you visited, roughly how long you stayed, what kind of device and browser you used, and a general location based on your IP address. This is aggregated and doesn't tell us who you are. We use it to see which pages are useful and which aren't.
That's it. No ad pixels, no retargeting, no third-party trackers, no selling or sharing your information with anyone for their own purposes.
The only cookies this site sets belong to Google Analytics. For most visitors they're on by default, and you can turn them off by clicking "Opt out" on the notice at the bottom of the page. If your browser is set to a UK or European language, they stay off until you click "Okay." Either way, your choice is remembered in your browser so we don't ask again.
You can change your mind at any time. to update your choice. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Google Analytics is run by Google LLC. You can read how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
The contact form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and your submission is stored there so we can read it. Google processes the analytics data described above. Both companies act on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments. We don't hand your information to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Messages you send us stay in our inbox and form records for as long as we're talking, and for a reasonable period after in case you come back. If you'd like something deleted, ask and we'll take care of it. Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, currently 14 months.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're in a place with specific privacy rights, such as California, the EU, or the UK, those rights apply and we'll honor them.
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't quietly start doing something this page says we don't.
